Located just a short walk from Lindos village, Agios Pavlos Beach is a small, sheltered cove named after Saint Paul, who is believed to have landed here in 51 AD. Tucked beneath the dramatic cliffs of the Lindos Acropolis, this beach is among the most scenic and romantic spots on Rhodes.
The bay features calm, turquoise waters and fine golden sand, with a few rocky areas ideal for snorkeling. Its enclosed setting makes it perfect for safe swimming and peaceful sunbathing, especially for couples and families with children.
There are two small, organized beach sections, offering sunbeds, umbrellas, and a beach bar serving drinks and light snacks. One part of the beach is set around a charming white chapel, often used for weddings due to its stunning backdrop.
Access is easy on foot from Lindos (approx. 10 minutes) or by car, with paid parking available nearby. Though more compact than other beaches, Agios Pavlos Beach offers an intimate and unforgettable experience in a postcard-perfect setting.
