Mitsis Summer Palace is a rich ultra-all-inclusive 24h 5* resort, built on a Blue Flag awarded beach of Kos, with breath-taking 360o views over the Aegean Sea, Nissiros Island, and the bay of Kardamena.

Junior Suites

The Panorama Main Restaurant, with breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea, is available for all meals during the day. For those having a very early departure or just wishing to start early and get the most out of the day, Panorama restaurant offers a continental breakfast early in the morning. A full breakfast buffet is available, offering something for everyone: a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, salads, cereal, Greek yogurt, honey, cakes and pastries, pies, healthy options and a live cooking station for eggs and omelets. Lunch is served, offering refreshing salads, soup, grilled options, pasta, vegetarian dishes, and stews. Of course, desserts are not to be missed, but if you wish something lighter - the fruits selection will satisfy you. The culinary journey at Panorama culminates every evening with a rich dinner buffet. Something different with theme nights, live cooking, vegetarian options, and local signature dishes from Greek gastronomy. Finally, for those who wish for a late bit or arrive late at night, Panorama welcomes you with a selection of salads and hot dishes. The Med à la carte Mediterranean Restaurant offers the best view of the gulf and serves as an ambassador of Mediterranean cuisine. Trademarks of the restaurant are the two pizza ovens baking a lunch self-service pizza and pastries buffet.

Den à la carte Barbeque - Hidden like a den, this bar is the best evening location to enjoy a cocktail or a drink and watch an evening live music performance and shows. If you get hungry why not make your own barbeque? Meters away from the sea, BBQ tables on the sand, await you to demonstrate your grilling techniques. Steps away from the mesmerizing seawater, Zia Snack Restaurant offers the best options for convenient food, such as juicy homemade burgers, traditional Greek ita gyros, hot dogs, veggie options and freshly made salads.

Dusk Restaurant Bar - Located on the roof terrace and overlooking the nearby local town, this bar restaurant offers unique bar mixing techniques and drinks. The chef’s sushi and ceviche creations will travel you through all routes of the Nikkei cuisine.

Bars

Fresco Bar – The new addition for this year, located in the heart of the luxurious Suites neighbourhood awaits to provide moments of tranquillity. Offering drinks, coffees, juices and snacks.

Located in the lobby, the Nissiros Main Bar is the ideal spot for a nice coffee or a refreshing drink overlooking the Aegean Sea. Beer, wine, spirits (international brands), hot beverages, non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails are available.

While relaxing at comfortable sun loungers, make sure to order your favourite cocktail or your preferred coffee at the Med Pool Bar, available this season as well for the newly designed nests.
