The Chef (Axarlis Anastasios)

Lover of quality tastes, since he was young he followed his instinct and studied in the Tourism School of Berlin in 1989. His experience is now more than 25 years in hotels and prestigious restaurants in Germany, Switzerland and Greece.

He participates in various organizations and promotion efforts for the Greek cuisine (Chef's Association of Northern Greece, international competitions, "Demetria" Thessaloniki, Xinis Educational Group, international encyclopedia of tranditional kitchen, seminars, etc.)

He persists in the fresh materials and the colors and smells of Mediterranean cuisine.
