Welcome to Leeda's World! A family business of Dionysios and Maria, named after their daughter Leeda. Built-in a quiet traditional area, among olive tree groves the Cottages are perfect for family holidays, couples, and those seeking to relax and enjoy nature. The authentic atmosphere, the private pools, and the hotel's privately owned farm that you can visit will make your holidays unforgettable!

Rooms

Surrounded by olive, lemon and orange trees, the accommodations of Leeda's Villas offer unique experience of waking up among olive groves, flowers and bio gardens or accepting a visit by the peacocks, cats or other friendly animals of the farm in their yard.

The Lodge (Comfort Studio)

The Lodge is a cozy little house measuring 16 sq.m It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. It also has a patio and offers a beautiful garden view. This accommodation type is ideal for couples.

One Bedroom Residence

Leeda’s One Bedroom Residence is decorated in a traditional style, measuring 45 sq.m It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a single sofa bed which can accommodate one extra guest. It also has a patio and offers a beautiful garden view. This accommodation type is ideal for small families, friends, and couples.

Two Bedrooms Residence

Leeda’s Two-Bedroom Residences are decorated in a traditional style, measuring 45 sq.m each. This type consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a single sofa bed that can accommodate one more guest. Each Residence has its patio and offers beautiful garden views. This accommodation type is ideal for small families and small groups of friends.

Maisonette

The Maisonette is one of the most popular apartment types in Leeda’s Village. It is decorated in a traditional and boho style while it is also very spacious. It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and two balconies. The second bedroom is in a small loft, while its balcony offers a nice sea view and garden view. The apartment is ideal for families, friends, and couples. On the premises, there are also a shared pool and children's pool while in Leeda’s Restaurant, where the guests enjoy traditional Greek dishes made with fresh ingredients from Leeda’s gardens.

Junior Suite

The beautiful Junior Suite of 45 sq.m offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 sofa bed. In addition, a baby cot and a baby chair can be provided. Also, there is a sitting area, exterior furniture, a small yard, a hair dryer, sheets towels toiletries safe box as well as much more for a comfortable stay.

Deluxe Maisonette

The Deluxe Maisonette measures 70 sq.m and offers 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. The maisonette can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests as well as a baby cot can be added. The guests can enjoy the extra amenities of the maisonette such as the exterior furniture at the small yard, hairdryer, toiletries, safe box ironing board & iron, coffee machine, air conditioner as well as a TV.

The Farm Two Bedroom Cottage with private pool

A traditional and authentic stone villa offering all the necessary comforts in a quiet, private spot, perfect for relaxing holidays. The private farm and kitchen garden closeby make the Villa perfect for natural retreats. The large backyard, the private swimming pool, the small distance to the beach and the magnificent view of the mountains and olive groves makes Leeda's Farm Cottage a dream for families and couples alike. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa that can accommodate one more person, a fully-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). The cottage also features a garage, a BBQ, a private pool, its own vegetable garden, reverse osmosis water supply suitable for cooking and drinking.

The Classic Three Bedroom Cottage with a private pool

The Classic Cottage is a 110 sq.m brand new villa, located near the Farm. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 of them ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy and dreamy living room. The master bathroom is on the first floor, it’s very spacious and there you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the free-standing bathtub. The house has a 50 sq.m patio with a unique mountain view.

It’s a 2-5 min drive from the closest beach, restaurants, and mini market. 

It is surrounded by olive, lemon, orange, and other trees. Moreover, it has its very own vegetable garden from which you can get fresh fruits and vegetables every day. The cottage has a private pool, a BBQ and secure parking.

The Grand Villa with a private pool

Leeda’s Cottage is a 120 sq.m newly renovated villa and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The house offers two beautiful verandas. At the upper veranda, there is also an outdoor double Jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking sea view and Marathonisi, the turtle island. The cottage has a private pool, a BBQ and secure parking. The house provides absolute privacy and relaxation.  It has its very own vegetable garden where you can have every day your biological vegetables and fruits.

The Farm

The farm has seasonal bio fruits and vegetables as well as beautiful animals which are fed with natural products and fruits from the farm. You can enjoy watching and playing with them. All guests have complimentary products from the Farm. Fruits, vegetables, and herbs are full of vitamins and antioxidants when growing in their natural environment without toxic pesticides. There you can feel the original taste of Zakinthian products and experience the immediacy of production to consumption.
