Pelagos (Open Sea) Suites Hotel, on the Southern Aegean island of Kos, offers you the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The architecture artfully combines modern buildings and scattered pool areas amongst its impeccably manicured grounds. Its three pools vary from louder and livelier to quieter and more peaceful. There are beautifully sited cabanas and fountains throughout.

There are a variety of excellent entertainment options, and the island’s main village, Kos Town, is about a twenty-minute walk or a five-minute taxi ride down the road. Most of the time during vacation season, the air is continuously refreshed by a gentle breeze coming off the southern Med, and prime tourist islands such as Mykonos, Paros, Santorini and Rhodes are all within 100km of Kos. Kos itself is a wonderful island with lots of things to do and places to see.

Double Suites

Open plan suites, with a king-size bed (or two singles), sofa bed, marble bathroom with tub and shower, private balcony or terrace, with pool, sea or garden views.

Junior Suites

Perfect for couples or small families, Junior Suites feature and open, spacious plan, two-floor configuration, two single beds, or a double plus sofa bed, top floor location (with sea view from the balcony), or ground floor (balcony with daybed, overlooking the pool).

Superior Suites

Larger suites, with separate living area with a double sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and two balconies. Ideal for families of up to four members, or three adults.

Deluxe Suites

Elegantly decorated rooms with master bedroom, seating area with a sofa bed that can be separated by sliding doors to create an extra sleeping area for the children and a day bed on the balcony. Modern marble bathroom features a shower cubicle, a bathtub, and two wash-basins.

Grand Suites

Spacious suites, with two bedrooms (king size bed and two single beds), a separate living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and two balconies. Excellent choice for larger families.

Junior Suites with a Shared Pool

Each suite is part of a complex which shares an enclosed swimming pool. King-size beds, modern amenities, and semi-privacy, all of which give you ample opportunity to relax, get some sun and swim time, and make new friends. Couples only.

Suites and Villas with a Private Pool

Luxurious suites and villas with private courtyards with sea views, comfortable sunbeds, a private pool, and jacuzzi bath, for the ultimate pleasure and privacy. Four categories:

Executive Suite. Features a Jacuzzi and a private courtyard with private pool. Wonderful views of the sea, designer furniture. The ultimate in romance for two make staying at this suite an experience that will live on in your memories for years.

Presidential Suite. A luxurious accommodation for couples. Features a King-size bed with an upholstered headboard, two 40” FHD TVs,  exterior wall-mounted sconce fixtures with indirect gold-toned lighting, upholstered sunbeds, designer furnishings, spacious veranda, and large outdoor private pool.

Superior Villa. Elegant bedroom with king-size bed, Jacuzzi, separate living area, stylish interiors flowing naturally into a large terrace, garden and pool area, and an unobstructed view of the sea.

Grand Villa. Two-bedroom villa, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds, spacious living area, two bathrooms with jacuzzi, a large wooden-deck/terrace, private garden, swimming pool, stylish daybed and sunbeds, and exquisite views of the turquoise Aegean and the headlands of Asia Minor. This villa is perfection itself for both couples and families.

Food and Drink

Two restaurants and three bars grace the grounds of Pelagos Hotel and Spa. The restaurants offer an idyllic travel agenda for the taste buds as you sample fare from Kos, Greater Greece, the entire Mediterranean, and the wider culinary world. Many ingredients are super fresh and locally source, and meals are some of the most-praised features of Pelagos Hotel. Special menus for children and specific dietary and vegetarian needs are also available.

The Island Main Restaurant is situated in the center of the hotel complex on uniquely-designed floating decks in the main pool. The water motif is augmented by waterfalls. Activities

Pelagos Suites Hotel feature three beautifully-designed pools, surrounded by palm trees and delightfully designed gardens. The large main pool is where you can find most of the Spa’s activities taking place. There is a smaller rectangular pool with a gently sloping shallow end that is ideal for smaller children.

It’s quieter, with a relaxing atmosphere and soft background music. There are plenty of comfy sunbeds as well as luxurious cabanas (service icluded), which you can rent for 15€/day for two people, or 30€/day for five people.

The resort’s private beach of mixed sand and shingle has a pleasant breeze most days. You can find it about 100m away across the road. It has plenty of sunbeds, as well as bar service and showers.

The passionate animation team keeps the guests entertained throughout their stay with daytime activities, such as aqua aerobics, water polo, pilates, yoga, petanque, zumba, table tennis, darts and fantastic evening shows and pool parties. In the Area

Conveniently situated near the center of Kos town, which is only two km away, Pelagos is a great base for exploring the whole island. You can rent a car to discover all the main island’s attractions, such as Asklepion, which is the ancient school of Hippocrates, or Zia village, with picturesque views of the island.

A buggy or a bicycle, which you can rent just around the corner from the hotel, is a good means to explore the more nearby attractions. Kos Town has some nice museums, the ruins of its ancient castle, and plenty of restaurants, street food, coffee shops, beach bars and shopping boutiques.

You can book a boat cruises around the Kos island, or evena daily trip to Bodrum, the ancient city of Halicarnassus, which was famous for the Tomb of Mausolus, considered one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. (It is from the name of the tomb that we get the word “mausoleum.”)
